Business Process Management projects require a typical type of Estimation template. Based on Function Point Analysis methodology but more generic and straight forward, this template will help you to scope and estimate your work effort.

Standard file format

Hi,
First thing first, thank you very much for this and the other templates.
Could you please share them in a standard file format like ODF please ? We are not all running last versions of M$ Office, not even all running M$ Windows...
