This App allows you to
· Create a New Account
· Add Contacts for an Account
· Add Opportunities
· Have an Approval workflow for Proposals
This example is an excellent example of how you can do Non BPM Stuff like Master Data Management along with BPM Stuff, which some of the workflow tools do not do well.
Lets get started
Step 1: Launch the Application
Assuming you have installed Joget workflow on your Local machine, Youc an access the CRM App by using the URL
Click on Login and Enter your credentials. If this is the first time you are Loggin in, you can put in “admin” as username and “admin” as password.
Step 2: Add a New Account
You can add a New Account by clicking on “New Account” link on the left side bar.
After adding the account you will be able to see the list as
You can download this list as CSV, Excel, XML, PDF etc.
Step 3: Add a New Contact
You can now add a New Contact to this Organization by clicking “New Contact”. The next page comes like the one below
Step 4: Add an Opportunity
You can add a Lead/opportunity by clicking on “New Opportunity”. A Screen like below comes up
Step 5: New Proposal Process
The New Proposal process is a workflow that you can use to track the overall Proposal Process. To initiate the same, click on “New Proposal Approval”. You can add an attachment which contains the actual proposal.
Step 6: Approve the Process
The Approval of the Process can be done by clicking on Task Inbox.
The system allows you to put in a Status and comments.
